Children of families receiving certain social security benefits are entitled to free school meals. 16 to 18 year-olds receiving these benefits in their own right are also entitled to free school meals. If you think that you qualify for free meals for your child/ren, apply to Children, Schools and Families telephone number 0300 1234048 for the necessary form. You can be assured that we take every possible care to ensure that no child who has free school meals is caused any embarrassment.
