Work Experience
All Year 10 students engage in Work Experience for a week.
This is an important part of Ridgeway Academy’s Careers Education provision and provides an invaluable experience for our students. Students will need to seek out their own placements.This is an excellent opportunity for students to engage in work, build their skills and consider their personal career pathway.
