Computer Science
In Computer Science, we prepare students to become confident individuals with an in-depth knowledge of computing and problem solving skills. We aim to support students in developing their passion for programming by offering them a chance to solve real life applications/problems through the development of apps and games. To develop insight into the need of others students are offered a number of opportunities where they take part in worldwide competitions and enrichment programs to support the local community.
The Computer Science faculty has good facilities. We have two designated rooms. All of our Computer Science facilities are well equipped with the most modern technologies running the latest industry standard software. Our teaching spaces provide room for practical activities as well as theory based work.Welcome to the Computer Science Department – Subject Leader: Mrs K Dalgleish
